- “Senior License Eligibility: Residents born on or before Aug. 1, 1953 are eligible to purchase a senior lifetime license when they turn 65 years of age. Those born after Aug. 1, 1953 are eligible to purchase a senior lifetime license when they turn 70 years of age.” NCWRC

- SC Prices “Disabled veterans who are residents and receiving disability benefits from the US Veterans Administration are eligible to apply for a 3 year disability license at no cost. Disability license holders who are at least 65 years of age are no longer required to provide a disability benefit statement when they renew a disability license. Proof of SC residency is still required. ” SCDNR
