This pilot is the youth (ages 13-17) curriculum version of the Natural Leaders Network camp which is a part of the Children & Nature Network (C&NN was founded by Richard Louv & Dr. Cheryl Charles).

The academy will focus on expanding the efforts during the next year of the following initiatives;

  1. NC Children & Nature Coalition, our North Carolina branch of C&NN, membership drive & organization map!
  2. Vet Out Initiatives – planning veteran events for restoration in nature & Military family programs
  3. Youth planning youth enticing outdoor activities.
