Get STEM Ed. NC Science Festival

Watch our 2nd Annual Get S.T.E.M. Ed. 2 in Queens University of Charlotte Rogers Science Building!

April 11, 2015 on Queens University of Charlotte Campus Rogers Science Building!

Take a virtual trip across the habitats of North Carolina and experience the Mountains, the Piedmont, and the Coast! There will be activities, exhibits and fun during this virtual journey. Some exhibits will include; potato powered light house, panning for golden treasure, and the view from the highest point east of the Mississippi. We will have our kinesthetic experiential (games) activities with new exhibits! Get S.T.E.M. Ed. 2 is a science adventure course event for kindergarten through 8th grade students. From 1-5 pm you can join us in Charlotte in the Myers Park Queens University of Charlotte campus. The event is a passport style encouraging participants to travel the state and visit the activities and exhibits. Event participants receive the Get STEM Ed card to have mark their progress. Floors in the Rogers Science Building are divided into regions of the state - Mountains, Piedmont and Coast.
